In both general and special education roles, as a teacher and administrator, she is committed to continual improvement of services through relationships with school personnel, families, and students. Processes taught are effective at the preschool, elementary, middle and high school levels. This learning experience is appropriate for administrators, general education teachers, and special education staff. Factors explaining behavioral concerns are identified, supports are initiated, and data are kept regarding student response to supports. Utilizing a neurological perspective, setting conditions (school, community, and home) are explored.
